A basic log analysis file for your web site will be created for you if you're using our Web Hosting or Web Design plans. For our Telnet members, please ask and we'll set it up for you.

The log analysis files are located at http://vcsweb.com/logs/.

For Full and Virtual Hosts, both Analog and Webalizer log analysis programs are used to offer a full view of the activity for your web site. Additionally, we can Email log statistics (using Analog) on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis - or a combination of all three.

We recommend bookmarking your log page for future reference. The analysis programs run shortly after 8am each morning.

If you need individual pages set up for analysis (rather than your entire site), the cost is $10 per page, on a yearly basis. For customers who are switching from Web Design to Web Hosting services, we will continue to run the analysis program on your individual pages that have already been set up for this. If you need additional pages added, please contact us.

For Full and Virtual Hosts, we do our best to ensure permissions on your raw log files are set so that you can access and read these files when logged in via telnet. If you need assistance with this, please send us Email.
